Learning Targets and Learning Criteria
Students will be able to evaluate the Bill of Rights and other amendments to the Constitution. Students will be able to explain the constitutional amendment process. Students will examine the role of the judicial branch of government in protecting individual rights and examine rationales for limiting individual rights.
