Ivy Hawn Charter School of the Arts offers a before school and after school, extended day program for all students in grades K-8 for a weekly charge. Before Care starts at 6:30AM and After Care ends at 5:45PM. Homework assistance, snacks and activities are provided. Currently registered aftercare students may continue to the drop-in service as needed and per their current routine. UNREGISTERED students are not eligible to drop in to extended day. This is compliant with any extended day program in order to maintain safety for all students.

Drop off in the morning must be before 7:15am and pick up in the afternoon must be after 3:30pm due to buses arriving and leaving.
Volusia Academy of Gymnastics and Dance, Dark Wolf MMA, and Kimber Martial Arts also pick up and drop off students from Ivy Hawn’s after-school program that participate in dance & gymnastics classes at their facility.
