2023 – 2024 SCHOOL YEAR INFORMATION

Lotterease will be open Feb. 1,2023 thru March 31,2023.

The  Lottery drawing will occur on April 7th.

 You can click the Lotterease link above at any time to check on status after April 7th.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO CURRENT IVY HAWN FAMILIES: If you are adding a sibling on the Letter of Intent with your current IH student(s), you are still required to complete the online application through Lotterease.

You can still continue to sign in through Lotterease to check wait lists as the lottery progresses.

All families will receive the following email confirmations throughout the application process:

• Confirmation of completed application
• Acceptance for admission and next steps (or)
• Notification of wait-list and updates for change in status

Please let us know if you do not receive any of these notifications listed above.  Be sure to check your spam folder first before contacting the school as this may occasionally occur.

Please be advised on the following Preference Groups for Applications:

• Ivy Hawn Board & Employee Preference
• Sibling Preference for current Ivy Hawn student (based on grade level and availability)
• Child of Active Military: Military ID Card will be required at the time of registration.

Applications selected in the lottery have 24 business hours to confirm, before the system moves the applicant to the bottom of the waitlist list for their grade.
