Write a paragraph in which you discuss the primary reasons why the French and Indian war changed the relationship between the British and the colonists. Make sure to use the graphic organizer we completed during class.
(4pts) Identify the primary reasons that changed the relationship between Britain and the Colonies
(4pts) Explains HOW those reasons change their relationship
(2pts) Includes at least 1 vocabulary word

 

(Q2W5) 30 Second News Report

  • Make a 30 second News Broadcast about one of the events discussed today.

Include:

  • What happened?
  • Why is it important?/What are some possible effects?
  • How would each side (Patriots and British/Loyalists) feel about it?

(Q2W6) Articles of Confederation Paragraph

  • How did the Articles of Confederation lead to a stronger Constitution?

Include

  • At least 3 weaknesses of the Articles (30%)
  • What problems occurred due to those weaknesses (30%)
  • HOW those problems were caused by the Articles (30%)

(Q2W6) Ratify the Constitution?

Write a skit in which Federalists and Anti-Federalists debate whether or not the Constitution should be ratified.
Include:
At least 5 reasons why a given side is right
2 per skit (A federalist and anti-federalist)
OR
Write an essay or write a political cartoon in which you support or attack the ratification of the new constitution.
Include at least 4 arguments about why your side is right.
Include at least 1 argument from the other side (like a counter claim, or if a cartoon maybe by making fun of it?)
